Q: What if I miss a class?

A: No stress! You can catch the replay or just jump back in next class.

Q: Is it all cardio?

A: NO! Muscle is the organ of longevity and we need to strength train - we do it all - cardio - dance fitness, HIIT, cardio-kickboxing, strength training, core and mobility - we don't call it our PowerHour for nothing!

But remember, we train smarter, not harder - not every workout should KILL YOU!!

You should leave feeling stronger, more energized, and proud you showed up.

Q: Do I need equipment?

A: We use weights, a mat and bands, but there are bodyweight options.

Q: Can beginners join?

A: Absolutely. I coach for all levels and you can modify everything.

Q: How do I join the Band app?

A: You will get an Invite Link from me, and you download the App and easy peasy - you are in! I am with you every step of the way - so if you need help or have issues - we will chat.

Q: How do I pay for the Membership and am I locked in?

A: This is a 30 Day Membership with No Commitment or Obligations. It is set up on an Auto-Renewal plan every 30 days but if you need to put membership on HOLD or decide you no longer want to be a member, we will stop all subscription payments. I just ask that you give me a heads up!
